A workshop addressing social change SDGs through solution-oriented activities
Social Challenge Encounters is a student-run group that aims to fill the gap in knowledge and discussions around social sustainability topics at Kiel University. Our aim is to host innovative and interactive workshops, 100% held in English, that help society to learn and think about these issues in different ways, with possible solutions in mind.
With a focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) of:
– SDG 1 and 2: No Poverty / Zero Hunger,
– SDG 10: Reduced Inequality,
– SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and
– SDG 5: Gender Equality
we invite you to join two days of reflection, awareness and networking.
In addition to expert- and student-lead workshops and activities, you are welcome to join us for a free lunch provided by Foodsharing and a networking Happy Hour which will put you in touch with people around Kiel who are already involved in making a difference.
Everyone is welcome!
FREE Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
Social Challenge Encounters is kindly supported by Perle (Projekt erfolgreiches Lehren und Lernen CAU Kiel), Yooweedoo and RENN.Nord
